Sexuality is a part of every woman's life. All of our bodies have potential to feel physical excitement and pleasure.The normal stages of sexual response include excitement, plateau, orgasm and resolution. Several women decide never to be sexually active, but most of other women explore there sexual desires in some kind of way, at some point in there lives.Having the ability to choose how to or how not to express yourself sexually is an important part of a woman's sexual health.
Sexual health also means being comfortable with your body and your sexual desires understanding your body and how it works. Women who understand there bodies make better choices about the sexual activities that they enjoy. Discussing different positions with your partner or different ways to please you can make your sexual activities more desirable. When both partners agree on pleasing each other in general it will cause you to have less stress and being more confident about your sex life.
There are approximately 43 percent of U.S. women have experienced some form of sexual dysfunction at some time. There are many of problems that can keep a woman from enjoying sex. Which some are lack of sexual desire, inability to become aroused, lack of orgasm or sexual climax, and painful intercourse. These problems may have physical or psychological causes. Physical problems may include conditions like diabetes, heart disease, nerve disorders, and
hormone problems. Sexual pain disorders involve any source of pain in the vagina, clitoris or labia, which include dyspareunia and vaginismus. Smoking and drinking alcohol can affect your sexual function. Psychological causes include depression, problems with marriage or relationship, work related stress and anxiety. Women have a tendency to let there emotions run their sex drive more than men. The emotion of fear and anger can have a dramatic effect on a woman's libido.

body or sexual activity may also cause a decrease in production of natural libido. A woman complaining about decreased desire might have a primary orgasmic disorder from lack of stimulation, with decreased desire developing secondarily as a result of unsatisfying sexual encounters.
On the other hand during sexual intercourse, the rubbing of the penis against the vagina and
genitalia sometimes causes the symptoms of these vaginalinfections which are vaginal yeast infections and trichomoniasis they cause intensifying stinging and burning. Another reason for decreased desire is caused by vaginal dryness.
Vaginal dryness causes painful sexual intercourse and makes vaginal penetration painful. Pain and or discomfort is never part of normal sexual intercourse. One cause of vaginal dryness is declining estrogen levels which leads to thinning and drying of the vaginal wall. Another cause maybe too much stress in your relationship. There are number of ways to increase a natural production of libido.
